U.S. Security and Intelligence Leader Joins TimeSight Systems™ Board of Directors

Former Secretary of the U.S. Army joins governance team of award-winning company that is changing the way companies protect assets and businesses through technology

Mt. Laurel, NJ, May 5, 2009 - TimeSight Systems™, the industry leader in Video Lifecycle Management (VLM), today announced that Dr. Fran Harvey, former Secretary of the U.S. Army, has joined the company’s board of directors. Formerly serving on the company’s Strategic Advisory Board, in his new position, Dr. Harvey will expand his role by drawing upon his long and distinguished career in management, research, and the security/defense sector to make recommendations on the advancement of TimeSight’s innovative security and surveillance solutions.

“Dr. Harvey’s addition to the board of directors is an important step in furthering the widespread adoption of VLM technology as a mainstream security tool,” said Charles Foley, CEO and chairman of TimeSight Systems. “His management, leadership and sector expertise will be a great asset to the company as we continue to scale our solution into a global platform for affordable video surveillance.”

Dr. Harvey’s appointment comes on the heels of the addition of Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service, to the TimeSight Strategic Advisory Board. Both men join a group of distinguished industry veterans that advise the company on business and technological challenges.

“I continue to be impressed by not only TimeSight’s ability to help increase the effectiveness of security through longer retention of quality video, but also by the dramatic reduction in storage requirements typically needed for effective coverage,” said Dr. Harvey. “TimeSight’s VLM technology presents a solution for the increased need for affordable security and I look forward to playing a role in its continual development.”

Dr. Harvey held various professional, management and executive positions within the Westinghouse Corporation from 1969 to 1997, including president of the Electronics Systems Group, president of the Government and Environmental Services Company, and chief operating officer of the Industries and Technology Group, a multi billion dollar operating unit. He is currently serving on a number of corporate boards. Dr. Harvey is also currently a member of the Board of Regents of Santa Clara University and serves or has served on several cultural and nonprofit boards, including the San Jose Museum of Art, the San Jose Symphony, and the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of Santa Clara County. Dr. Harvey earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
